She started her career in Clinical Research in the hospital setting with direct patient interactions at Mount Sinai School of Medicine & University of Medicine & Dentistry of New Jersey.
Prior to Clinical Research, she worked in preclinical research in the field of MRI and NMR at University of Michigan.
After completing her Masters degree in Biosciences at University of Roorkee, where she was trained as a Structural Biologist, her zeal for higher studies took her to University at Buffalo, New York.
In 2012, she graduated from Rutgers University, Executive MBA program with specialization in Strategy & Marketing.
Currently she lives in New Jersey & is a mom to two teenager sons.
With her current corporate position, she also works as a Career Coach. She believes in holistic Career Coaching that is customized for an individual. She has been mentoring and coaching for more than 25 years. Some of her mentees now hold prestigious positions in India and abroad.
