He provides regular legal assistance to well-known Corporate houses and High Networth Individuals. Till recently, Mr. Bindra was advising the Union of India in the capacity of Central Government Counsel at the Delhi High Court.
Mr. Bindra has immense experience in the carrying out civil & criminal litigation matters across the country. His experience in litigation includes handling diverse matters ranging from filing suits & write petitions to those under the Environment Protection laws, Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, Debt Recovery laws, Intellectual Property laws, Aviation laws, Real Estate laws and Family Laws.
Mr. Bindra, on a day-to-day basis, advises various entities across industry sectors such as Aviation, Real Estate, Telecom and Hospitality Industries, etc. on corporate & commercial law related matters. His drafting skills, on many occasions, have helped clients to save future litigations. Mr. Bindra is also a great negotiator and has helped clients to get their desired outcomes through his impeccable negotiation skills.
Mr. Bindra is also actively engaged in providing pro bono legal services and has provided advice to, and assisted, various not-for-profit/charitable organisations on different aspects of Indian laws.
