First DIPSITES GOLF CUP 2017
(welcomes All DPS alumni- all branches, all years)
* On Saturday 18th Nov. 2017 at Golden Greens Golf Course, Gurgaon
Chief Guest: Mr Salman Khurshid
* Managed by Mr. Sonny Chopra, a single low handicap of yore, who is
still seen regularly playing golf at Delhi Golf Club.
* Dipsite Gaurika Bishnoi and Ms Sonam Chugh, golf playing Pros, currently on the WGAI circuit, having won laurels in India and overseas, have kindly consented to work with Mr Sonny Chopra; and will hold a Golf Clinic for those wanting to learn the basics or further hone their skills.
* Stableford format over 18 holes, off 3/4th of current Handicap;
7.00 am-7.50 am Arrival of players, Registration /Refreshments
8.00 am T off Shotgun start
Adequate snacks and beverages will be provided on course
1.30 pm Prize Distribution and Drinks/ Lunch
* 60 to 75 participants
* There will be a winner and runner-up from the following categories:
Gents Ladies
0-8 Handicaps
9-16 Handicaps
17-24 Handicaps
* A very attractive Goodie Bag will be presented to every Tournament player together with on course skills prizes.
We would be happy to see spouses at the start of the Tournament, wishing the players 'Happy Golfing' and propose to organise a 'fun event' for those not participating in the main tournament.

* Surplus will be channelized towards developing a methodology/ facility to provide Dipsites the opportunity to learn the game correctly from the very beginning under able guidance.

* Convener, 4th SAARC Championship held at ITC Classic Golf Club in 2002
* Member, Organising Committee 10th SAARC Championship held at Rambagh Golf Club, Jaipur in 2011
* Member, Organising Committee 11th SAARC Championship held at Tollygunj Club, Calcutta in 2014
* Founder and Captain of the Annual fixture of 'Friendship Cup' Golf between St. Stephens college and Hindu college.
